Membership Application Procedure
1. Download, Read, Fill Out, Sign, and Return Membership Packet.
Those interested in membership to Central Carolinas Shooting Club, please review and complete the membership packet. The packet includes the Membership Policy, Liability Waiver, and Application.
The forms can be completed using the "Fill and Sign," function on Adobe Reader. To sign the forms, use the "Draw My Signature," function within the "Place Signature" menu.
The forms may also be printed, filled out and scanned back into .pdf format. Please ensure all scans are legible.
To submit for membership, send an email to [email protected]. Send as attachments: the fully completed Membership Packet (application and liability waiver,) and a legible copy of your background document as referenced in the membership policy (Application Process, Section 3: Background Check. ***A "SLED Catch" is not an acceptable background check***

2. Pay Yearly dues.
Once the board has approved your application, you will receive instructions for submitting your dues payment. You can opt to pay for them at the next match with cash if that is preferred over digital payment. Membership renewal will be handled via a batch email to all club members.

3. Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation that your packet was received successfully, but it may take a couple of days. If you do not hear anything within a week, use the "Contact Us," function on the website to let us know.
